It is a very rural area that we operate in, with, no reliable public transport so the taxi trade is very important to the local transport infrastructure.

Our operators that receive the incoming calls are polite and courteous and understand the importance of taking down all the relevant details from our customers for their requirements. No job is too small and we never turn down any job.

One of the important aspects of our taxi service is not to be late. We always try and advise our customers to the best of our ability the exact time of a pick up. If, through our fault we are more than 15 minutes late for a collection we re-emburse 15% of the total cost of the travel fee to the customer in the hope that we can guarantee that they use us again and know that we are not late on a regular basis.

All our drivers are CRB checked, and have the appropriate licences from the local authority.
